Since the founding of Nature Coast Family Fellowship Church in November 2007 it has been under the pastorate of Pastor Thomas J. Almond.
Pastor Tom was born on February 7, 1970, in New Hartford, New York at St. Luke's Hospital and is the youngest sibling of seven with four brother and two sisters.
At a young age Pastor Tom was introduced to the church by his parents the late Donald J. & Janet B. Almond to the Catholic Church where Pastor Tom felt a calling to ministry at a young age and served and became an altar boy at a local Catholic church. Pastor Tom as most young children do drifted into the world until the Lord Christ Jesus drew him back to service.
In 2000 Pastor Tom was attending a Nazarene church and he received Jesus Christ as his personal savior, when the Lord Jesus sent His Holy Spirit to Pastor Tom it changed his life from sinner to servant.
God has been preparing him for such a time as this. He accepted the call to ministry to preach and taught the Word of God. Since Pastor Tom preached his initial sermon and with the mentors of Pastor Arthur Cross and the late Rev. Richard Brunk, Pastor Tom has been able to reach many and touch many in the name of Jesus,in the hospital as well as in funeral ministry.
Pastor Tom has served here at Nature Coast Family Fellowship Church a nondenominational Church for 16 years with the anointing power of Jesus Christ.Leading souls to Christ Jesus as well as being a servant in every way possible to advance the Kingdom of God.
In 2020 Pastor Tom was blessed to marry his soulmate Cindy.
His Motto is: But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. (I Corinthians 15:57-58).
Minister of Music & Leadership Director
Brother Jeffrey Hurlburt
Driven by a passion to echo the heartbeat of heaven, Jeffrey is a gifted worship leader, and the Minister of Music at Nature Coast Family Fellowship Church. For Jeffrey, music ministry is less about flawless performance and entirely about creating a space for the raw, life-changing presence of God.
Jeffrey loves to sing locally whenever he can to show through music the love of God. Him and his wife Cookie minister as he sings to God through Karaoke or feeding the homeless.
Jeffrey began his musical journey at a young age serving in the local church early on. Today, he oversees the church's music, mentoring vocalists to use their God-given talents to serve the Kingdom. Jeffrey’s ministry philosophy is rooted in Psalm 150: praising God with diligence, creativity, and a surrendered heart.

There was a time after my husband passed that I was in the deepest darkest place of my life. I was so lost and vulnerable. I let people take advantage of me. Now I stand strong in my Faith in the Lord. I know He was always with me but I had lessons to learn. Last year I was blessed to be about to experience Israel and I was changed forever. I was baptized in the Jordan and walked where Jesus walked. I'm so Thankful for my life and what Jesus has given me. If you don't know the Love of Jesus I pray you will look to Him because it's a Love like no other. Believe me it is so worth it and so are you!!
